COURSE OVERVIEW

About this course

Everything you need to understand the course before you begin.

Capstone Project

Design a multi-epitope vaccine candidate for a chosen pathogen:

  1. Select antigen and predict epitopes
  2. Filter for conservation, antigenicity, non-allergenicity, non-toxicity
  3. Build the construct (linkers + adjuvant) and predict its structure
  4. Optimize codons and run immune simulation
  5. Present results with limitations and a wet-lab validation plan
